I can't recommend dedicated coaching enough! I had offers at 3 great companies that I don't believe I would have received without my coach's help. Multiple FAANG offers and ended up joining Anthropic!

I was able to receive staff-level offers from most companies I applied to thanks to coaching services at interviewing.io. Further, because I received multiple offers I was also able to negotiate an additional $120k from the initial offer with Meta, where I ended up joining. I highly recommend interviewing.io if you want to take the job search seriously. I surely got my moneys worth!

interviewing.io helped me negotiate $60k more. Aline was so so available for help, and so responsive. This was not a process I was comfortable with at all or had done before, and Aline really held my hand throughout it. Even though compensation wasn't the MOST important thing to me in the end, it was still very important, and her guidance helped me get a much stronger offer than I was initially extended!
