This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to services provided by PWA Labs, Inc. dba Store.app and Launch.app (“we”, “us”, or “Company”) and our website, product pages, mobile or web applications, or other digital products that link to or reference this Policy (collectively, the “Services”) and explains what information we collect from users of our Services (a “user”, “you”, or “your”), including information that may be used to personally identify you (“Personal Information”) and how we use it. We encourage you to read the details below. This Policy applies to any visitor to or user of our Services.

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes to this Policy by posting a new Policy to this page, and/or by sending notice to the primary email address specified in your account. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically reviewing this Policy to check for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. You acknowledge that your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this Policy means that the collection, use and sharing of your Personal Information is subject to the updated Policy.

What Information Do We Collect?

Although we limit access to certain pages/you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Sources of Personal Information

We receive your personal information from any one or more of the following sources:

  • Directly from you. When you visit the Services, log-in as a registered user, or provide your information in a form on the Services, we will collect and store that information.
  • Indirectly from you. When you navigate and interact with the Services, some information is automatically collected by cookies and similar technologies, such as:

  • From Social Media Networks. If you use a social network login to access the Services, you will share certain personal information from your social media account with us. For example, if you connect to the Services through your Facebook account, we will receive and store your Facebook profile information.
  • From Other Sources. We also may obtain both personal and non-personal information about you from affiliated entities, business partners, and other independent third-party sources and add it to other information about you. For example, if you visit the Services by “clicking-through” from a site operated by one of our business partners and you have registered with that partner, then information about you that you have provided to that partner may be shared with us.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

  • To provide the Services and various functions of the Services. When you create an account on the Services, we store and use the information you provide during that process. This may include your first and last name, email address, cell phone number, and any other information you may provide during the account creation process.We also store and use any preferences you provide to personalize your user experience, including the types of software services and products that you use. Any profile information, reviews or other content that you submit to the Services are intended for public display and are therefore viewable by the public, including but not limited to your name, and photos associated with your account. You can limit the public nature of some of this information in your account settings.
  • To engage in research and analysis related to the Services. We store and use information to identify and fix errors, understand how visitors use the Services, research and test different features, and analyze how visitors arrive at and use the Services.
  • To personalize your experience. We store and use information provided by you, such as the software products and services you use or have used, or are researching on the Services, to personalize and make recommendations to you based on your provided information.
  • To improve and understand usage of the Services. We store and use information about your use of the Services, such as your search activity, pages viewed, and the date, time and duration of your visits, to understand and improve usage of the Services.
  • To provide feedback to third party apps and businesses that are listed on the Services. We store and use information about you or provided by you to assist our business partners in understanding their potential customers or current users.
  • To enhance the security of the Service. We store and use information to ensure the security of the Service. For example, we use the information collected by certain cookies to determine if you are logged in and to detect unauthorized access to your account.

We use your email address to send informational and marketing emails to you about new products and services, or updates to existing products or services. We may also contact you regarding feedback you provide us, or to learn more about your experience using the Services.   • In connection with a corporate transaction. We may use and share your personal information in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, investment, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Do We Share Your Personal Information?

We may share your information with providers of app products and services listed on the Services, our business partners, our service providers, social media networks, our affiliates, and any other third parties whom you authorize us to share your information with.

  • Sharing your content. When you leave a review on the Services, unattributed or not, that review and any personal information you have associated with that review, may be shared. This information may be displayed publicly on other social media sites, third-party software marketplaces, the providers of software products and services listed on the Services, and the operators of other publicly-available websites, platforms, or mobile apps that we have authorized to share this content through their websites, social media sites, platforms, mobile apps, or other marketing materials, such as slide decks or case studies. In sharing your content, we will share your profile information for attribution purposes, including your name and profile picture associated with your account.
  • Sharing with our service providers. Company uses third party service providers to support or provide services for us in connection with the Services, such as hosting, security and fraud prevention, technical and user support, tracking and reporting usage of the Services, marketing, and other functions. We share your personal information with them as necessary to perform tasks on our behalf. We may also share personal information with cross-context advertising partners who provide advertising services.
  • Please note we may also engage third party providers for functions such as payment processing and KYC verification for claiming an app. Your information will be collected directly by the providers of such services and not by Company. We encourage you to review the privacy policies for such providers to learn more about their data practices.
  • Sharing with social networks. If you sign in to your Company account using a social network such as Facebook, we may share information about your activity or any content you post on the Services with the relevant social network. For example, if you write a review on the Services and elect to post that review on social media, we will share personal information you have provided in connection with that review to the relevant social network.
  • Sharing with our affiliates. We share your personal information with our affiliates and require them to abide by this Privacy Policy. If another company were to acquire Company, or all or substantially all of our assets, that company would then possess any personal information Company has about you, and will collect, use, and disclose that information solely as described in this Privacy Policy. The information that we share can include any of the categories identified under the Section titled “What Information Do We Collect” of this Privacy Policy.
  • Other. We share your information in connection with our use of your Personal Information, as further detailed in the Section above titled “How Do We Use Your Personal Information”. For example this might include sharing your information to support our audit, compliance, and corporate governance functions, in connection with a corporate transaction, to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce or defend our rights, our business and our users, or in other situations.

How Do We Use Tracking Technologies?

Some of the features on the Services may require the use of “cookies” - small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive. You may delete and block all cookies from our Services, but parts of the Services may not work. We want to be open about our cookie use. Our third-party advertising providers may use web beacons to recognize you when you visit the Services and to help determine how you found the Services. They may also use cookies, action tags, web beacons, and/or GIF tags placed in various places on the Services and our online ads to collect information about your visit and your interaction with our ads. To limit collection of information from mobile devices, including location data, please visit your device’s settings to set the “Limit Ad Track”, “Location Based Services,” or other similar feature on your device. How Do We Secure Your Personal Information?

We take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The safety and security of your Personal Information also depends on you. If you have an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your membership details confidential. Your account is protected by your account password and we urge you to take steps to keep your Personal Information safe by not disclosing your password and by logging out of your account after each use. We further protect your Personal Information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that your Personal Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information while your account is in existence or as needed to provide the Services to you. This includes data you or others provided to us and data generated or inferred from your use of the Services. Please note that we may retain information that is otherwise deleted in anonymized and aggregated form, in archived or backup copies as required pursuant to records retention obligations, or otherwise as required by law. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Managing Your Information

All users may request to review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information furnished by a user in their user account by accessing their user profile settings or by emailing us at support@store.app. For your protection, we may only share and update the Personal Information associated with the specific email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before doing so. We will try to comply with such requests in a reasonably timely manner. If you completely and permanently delete all of your Personal Information, then your user account may become deactivated. Please note that we may retain information that is otherwise deleted in anonymized and aggregated form, in archived or backup copies as required pursuant to records retention obligations, or otherwise as required by law. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.We may use some of the information we collect for marketing purposes, including to send you promotional communications about new Company features, products, events, or other opportunities. If you wish to stop receiving these communications or to opt out of use of your information for these purposes, please follow the opt-out instructions, such as clicking "Unsubscribe" (or similar opt-out language) in those communications. For text message communications, you can text back “STOP” and we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can also contact us at support@store.app to opt out. Despite your indicated email preferences, we may send you service related communications, including notices of any updates to our terms of service or privacy policy.

Links to Third Party Websites

We may provide links to other websites. We have no control over these websites and they are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. As such, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability of, or for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from, these third party websites. By using the Services, you agree that we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from these third party websites.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a Do Not Track signal to websites and other online services you visit. We do not change our practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal from a visitor’s browser because we do not track our visitors to provide targeted advertising. Children Under 16

The Services are not directed to individuals who are under age of sixteen (16) and we do not solicit nor knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16). A Note to California Users

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to us at our designated address and receive the following information: (a) the categories of information we disclosed to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year; and (b) the names and addresses of third parties that received such information, or if the nature of their business cannot be determined from the name, then examples of the products or services marketed. A Note to Users Outside the United States

Our Company is based in the United States. The Services are controlled and operated by us from the United States and are not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the laws of the country(ies) where the Services are controlled. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Services you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country.
