interviewing.io is a great platform which I've used both as an interviewee, and later as an interviewer. I believe it played a strong part in helping me to get my job at Google, by providing me with high quality mock interviews, with actionable feedback. As an interviewer, it provides a way for me to give back, and mentor people looking to apply to Google and other companies. It is anonymous by default, and provides a way for the interviewer and interviewee to swap contact details if both agree. It also provides recordings of each interview to be reviewed later. I'd highly recommend this platform to both interviewers and interviewees.
